Who sees your information. Only the practices you tick on the Find A Practice form, and the operator named in the footer. We show you every listed practice that serves your area. We do not choose one for you. Your details are not sold or shared with anyone you did not tick, including insurers or lenders.

How the directory is paid for. Some listed practices pay us to be listed. What a practice pays does not depend on whether you choose, contact, visit, or use it. Paid listings are marked Sponsored and are sorted the same way as everyone else, by distance.

Calls and texts. The practices you choose may call, email, or text you about your dog. Text messages need the separate box on the form. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

What we keep. The fields you entered, the page you came from, the list of practices you were shown, the ones you chose, the time, and the exact consent wording you saw. You can ask us to delete your information at any time at hello@collapsedtrachea.com.
